"Superb"
We immediately felt like we were genuinely welcome. I really loved the decor, it felt retro! All the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was so spacious and very clean! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good!

We stay here to visit family that live in Effingham. Fast and easy check ins, clean through out the building, beds are comfortable and have protectors on mattress, a hot breakfast, and most of all we love that check out wasn't until noon. We will be back

The Fairfield was clean, felt up to date and the staff was very friendly. In addition, The continental breakfast was very good and the exercise room was adequate. Overall, a very nice experience.

The breakfast was just average. Same old same old. The staff at registration was OK (they were training a new employee and thank you for working). Plenty of free parking.

The Housekeeping team did a wonderful job - we were comfortable in our clean room even during a pandemic. The front desk team was excellent - helpful and friendly. The ladies serving breakfast were the absolute best!
